According to recent survey results published by The TRADE, TS recorded the second-highest response rate and has maintained respectable scores within the survey with this year highlighting incremental improvements in almost all categories while outscoring survey average in 10 out of 13 categories. Of which include client service personnel, product development, ease of implementation to internal systems amongst various others.
